How to stock up on homemade burgers
Prepare the burgers as described above, layering them with parchment paper, then place them in a freezer bag and freeze them. I recommend 4 at a time (or more if you have a large family). To consume them, simply remove them from the freezer and cook them directly in the pan, or you can take them out the night before and put them in the fridge to have them as freshly made for the next day. This method of using parchment paper also allows you to take out just 1 at a time from the freezer because they won’t stick together!
