What to drink to quench your thirst? I recommend this homemade refreshing drink recipe. I always make it during the hot seasons, and everyone who tries it loves it so much that they always ask for the right proportions to make it best! A sugar-free drink with few ingredients and super refreshing! The recipe is for one glass, but if you want, you can double (or triple) the ingredients to have a generous amount always ready!

- 2 slices lime

- 4 leaves mint (fresh)

Preparation of the refreshing drink
Wash and dry the cucumber, lime, and mint leaves thoroughly.
Pour the water into a glass (or if making a larger quantity, into a pitcher).
Slice the lime and cucumber, coarsely break the mint leaves, and add them to the water.
Stir with a teaspoon, cover the glass well (ideally with cling film), and let it rest in the fridge for about 8 hours. Then remove the cucumber, lime, and mint by straining the drink, and voilà, it’s ready to be enjoyed and to quench your thirst!
The HOMEMADE REFRESHING DRINK once strained can be stored in the fridge for 3 days if you make a large amount; I recommend preparing it in the evening so it’s ready for the next day!
