Advice

As stated at the beginning, the quantities of this marinade are designed for exactly 15 oz of meat (pork steaks or other), and the same precise amount of every other component like spices and liquids. This will allow you to achieve perfect, flavorful, and tender meat!

ADVICE: besides pork steaks, I particularly recommend pork loin, pork neck, chicken breast.

You can accompany the cooked meat after marinating with grilled peppers, boiled agretti, roasted tomatoes, or roasted potatoes.
