- 9.5 oz mascarpone
- 7 oz whipping cream
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 1 oz chopped pistachios

Preparation of the Keto Coconut Cream
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone, cream (without whipping it, it’s not necessary!), and stevia. Stir with a spoon until everything is well mixed (it will only take a few minutes).
Add the coconut flour and 0.7 oz (of the 1 oz specified in the recipe) of chopped pistachios to the bowl and mix them with the rest until you get a homogeneous mixture (again, it will only take a few minutes!).
Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for about 2 hours. Before serving, distribute the cream and decorate each small bowl with the reserved chopped pistachios. Enjoy your meal!
