Ingredients for Keto Crackers with Almond Flour

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 tsp fine salt
  • 1/4 tsp mixed peppercorns (freshly ground)

Preparation of Keto Crackers with Almond Flour and Seeds

  • In a bowl, pour the egg white, salt, pepper, and olive oil and mix quickly.

  • Add the almond flour and sesame seeds, and mix with the spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Place a sheet of parchment paper on the work surface, pour the mixture in the center, place another sheet of parchment paper on top, and roll out the cracker dough very thinly with the rolling pin.

  • Carefully remove the top sheet of paper, move the sheet with the dough onto the baking tray, and cut strips lengthwise with a pastry wheel (or a knife).

  • Preheat the oven to 392°F and once it reaches temperature, bake the crackers, cook for 15 minutes until they are well golden, then turn off and open the oven, letting them cool completely.

  • Once the crackers are completely cold, break the strips into small parts of the size you prefer, place them in a bowl, and serve them! Or rather, enjoy them!
