  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp butter

Preparation of Keto Muffins with Almond Flour and Chocolate Chips

  • In a bowl, pour the eggs and stevia, work with the electric whisk until you get a light and frothy mixture.

  • Pour the almond flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips into the bowl, incorporate everything by mixing from bottom to top with the spatula until you get a homogeneous and fluffy mixture.

  • Slightly butter the muffin molds and distribute the keto muffin mixture inside until finished (makes 6 muffins), heat the oven to 356°F.

  • Once the oven is at temperature, bake the muffins and cook for 25 minutes, then turn off the oven and remove the muffins, take them out of the mold only once they are well cooled, then enjoy them in all their goodness!

Advice

You can replace the chocolate chips with an equal weight of fresh blueberries!

You can also use this batter to create a mini plumcake by slightly lengthening the cooking times.
