Ingredients for Light Tiramisu
- 8.8 oz light cow ricotta
- 5.3 oz 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1.75 oz sugar-free cookies
- 1 coffee (long espresso)
- 1 tsp stevia
- to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation of the Light Tiramisu
Start by making a long espresso coffee and then let it cool in a small glass bowl.
In a bowl, pour the ricotta, Greek yogurt, and stevia, and mix with a spoon until you obtain a very creamy mixture.
Quickly dip the cookies in the coffee and place them at the bottom of the cups until finished.
Pour the creamy mixture into each cup until it’s finished, level with the back of a spoon, cover each bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
When serving the light tiramisu, remove the plastic wrap from the cups and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder, bring to the table and enjoy this guilt-free dessert!
