Ingredients for the Light Tiramisu

  • 9 oz cow's ricotta (light)
  • 5.3 oz Greek yogurt 0% fat
  • 1.75 oz plain biscuits (sugar-free)
  • 1 coffee (long espresso)
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation of the Light Tiramisu

  • Start by making a long espresso coffee and let it cool in a small glass bowl if possible.

  • In a bowl, pour the ricotta, Greek yogurt, and stevia, mix with a spoon until you get a very creamy mixture.

  • Quickly dip the biscuits in the coffee and place them at the bottom of the dessert cups until they run out.

  • Pour the creamy mixture into each cup until it is used up, level with the back of a spoon, cover each bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

  • When serving the light tiramisu, remove the plastic wrap from the cups and sprinkle some unsweetened cocoa on top, bring to the table and enjoy this guilt-free dessert!
