Ingredients for Light Tiramisu

  • 8.8 oz light cow ricotta
  • 5.3 oz 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1.75 oz sugar-free cookies
  • 1 coffee (long espresso)
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation of the Light Tiramisu

  • Start by making a long espresso coffee and then let it cool in a small glass bowl.

  • In a bowl, pour the ricotta, Greek yogurt, and stevia, and mix with a spoon until you obtain a very creamy mixture.

  • Quickly dip the cookies in the coffee and place them at the bottom of the cups until finished.

  • Pour the creamy mixture into each cup until it’s finished, level with the back of a spoon, cover each bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

  • When serving the light tiramisu, remove the plastic wrap from the cups and sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder, bring to the table and enjoy this guilt-free dessert!
