- 2 1/2 tbsps stevia (or 1/2 cup of sugar)
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation of the light water ring cake
In a bowl, pour the eggs, stevia (or sugar), oil, and water and mix quickly with a spoon (or a hand whisk).
Sift the flour and baking powder into the liquid mixture, then with the spoon (or hand whisk) mix energetically until you get a smooth and lump-free mixture.
Lightly oil and flour the pan, pour the mixture inside, heat the oven to 392°F and once hot, bake.
Bake the light water ring cake for 35 minutes, always check with a toothpick towards the end of cooking and once it is cooked, take it out of the oven, let it cool completely, remove it from the pan, and enjoy!
