Preparation of Oil Rolls with Instant Yeast
First, preheat the oven to 392°F and let it warm up, meanwhile prepare the rolls.
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast, and give it a quick stir with a spoon.
Add water and oil and start mixing with the spoon, pour onto a lightly floured pastry board and knead by hand for 3-4 minutes, you will get a smooth and soft dough.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape each into a round roll, place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and (the oven should be well-heated by now) bake them for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly or completely, then enjoy these quick and delicious oil rolls with instant yeast!
IF USING A STAND MIXER: place the ingredients in the mixer in the following order: flour, salt, yeast, water, oil, and knead with the hook for 4 minutes at speed 2, then proceed as described in step 4 above, baking time remains unchanged.
