At home, we often prepare oven-baked gratinated salmon because it’s quick and tasty. I always keep frozen fillets in the freezer and use them when needed, defrosting them if possible, very convenient! Gratinated salmon is light, with few added fats, and if you pair it with a warm side dish or a cold side dish, the meal is beautifully ready. It’s also perfect to serve at a dinner with friends because you can prepare it in advance and then reheat it at the right moment. Now hurry to the kitchen to try the recipe!
