Ingredients for oven-baked spiced baby carrots
- 10.5 oz baby carrots
- 1/2 tsp rosemary (dried)
- 1/2 tsp dried onion
- 1/2 tsp chives (dried)
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 6 leaves basil (fresh)
- as needed extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation of spiced baby carrots
Wash and dry the baby carrots well, lightly brush them with oil and then place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, prepare a mix with the aromatic herbs, chopped basil, and a pinch of salt, sprinkle the prepared mixture over the carrots, Preheat the oven to 250°F.
