Oven-roasted Spiced Baby Carrots

Ingredients for Oven-roasted Spiced Baby Carrots

  • 10 oz baby carrots
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary (dried)
  • 1/2 tsp dried onion
  • 1/2 tsp chives (dried)
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 leaves basil (fresh)
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation of Spiced Baby Carrots

  • Wash and dry the baby carrots well, lightly brush them with oil, and then place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • In a small bowl, prepare a mix with the dried herbs, chopped basil, and a pinch of salt, distribute the prepared mixture over the carrots, Preheat the oven to 250°F.
