Ingredients for Pan-Fried Sautéed Zucchini

  • 1.5 lbs zucchini
  • 3 cloves red garlic
  • 3 tbsps chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fine salt

Preparation (Super Easy!) of Pan-Fried Sautéed Zucchini.

  • Trim the zucchini, wash them and dry them well, then cut them into slices not too thin, set aside.

  • Clean the garlic cloves, chop them very finely and put them in a pan with the oil, let them slightly brown then add the zucchini.

  • Lightly salt, stir and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 20/25 minutes.

  • At this point add the fresh chopped parsley, mix and finish cooking over high heat, stirring occasionally, at the end of cooking the zucchini should be soft and golden, enjoy!

Tips

You can enrich the pan-fried sautéed zucchini with a generous sprinkle of freshly ground pepper added before serving.
