Preparation of Pinwheel Trees
Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface, cover the surface with sliced ham, and roll starting from the widest side, brush the final part with milk and press gently to seal.
Using a sharp knife, cut out 21 pinwheels of equal thickness, you will need 7 for each tree, form the trees with the pinwheels directly on parchment paper (with these quantities, you can make 3 trees).
Preheat the oven to 392°F and when hot, brush the pinwheel trees with milk, decorate with sesame and poppy seeds, and bake for 20-25 minutes. At the end of cooking, the pinwheel trees should be golden. Once cooked, take them out of the oven and serve at the table. Enjoy your meal!
