Ingredients for Quick Chocolate Pastries
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 1 bar milk chocolate (about 7 oz)
- 1 egg (small size)
- to taste sugar sprinkles

Preparation of Quick Chocolate Pastries
Unroll the puff pastry on the work surface and use the pastry wheel to cut it into 6 equal-sized rectangles.
Place a piece of chocolate bar in the center of each puff pastry rectangle, fold one of the shorter sides over the chocolate, make cuts with the wheel on the remaining free side to achieve strips, and fold over to close the pastry with the strips, pressing the edges well.
Place the chocolate pastries on a baking sheet with parchment paper, brush them with beaten egg, and sprinkle sugar sprinkles on top (quantity according to your taste).
Turn on the oven to 428°F and once hot, bake for 15/18 minutes, at the end of cooking the pastries should be golden, once cooked take them out and enjoy!
