Quick Chocolate Puffs

These chocolate puffs are amazing, delicious, and you can prepare them in no time, ready to be enjoyed hot or cold in 20 minutes! Perfect for breakfast or a snack, and you will need very few ingredients to make them! You can pair them with a cup of milk, juice, or an excellent coffee!

Ingredients for Quick Chocolate Puffs

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
  • 1 bar milk chocolate (7 oz)
  • 1 egg (small size)
  • as needed sugar sprinkles

Preparation of Quick Chocolate Puffs

  • Unroll the puff pastry on the working surface and use the pastry wheel to cut it into 6 equal-sized rectangles.

  • Place a piece of chocolate bar in the center of each puff pastry rectangle, fold one of the shorter sides over the chocolate, make cuts with the wheel on the remaining free side to create strips and fold over to close the puff with the obtained strips, press down the edges well.

  • Place the chocolate puffs on a baking tray with parchment paper, brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle sugar sprinkles on top (amount to your taste).

  • Preheat the oven to 428°F and once hot, bake, cook for 15/18 minutes, at the end of cooking the puffs should be golden, once cooked, take them out and enjoy!
