- 3 tbsp Pecorino Romano cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- to taste mixed peppercorns (freshly ground)

Preparation of Sausage Meatballs
In a bowl, place the sausages after removing the casing, add the Pecorino cheese, breadcrumbs, and pepper to taste.
With a fork, mash everything well for a few minutes, then knead with your hands to combine all the ingredients and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
