  • 13 oz sausage (weighed without casing)
  • 3 tbsp Pecorino Romano cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • to taste mixed peppercorns (freshly ground)

Preparation of Sausage Meatballs

  • In a bowl, place the sausages after removing the casing, add the Pecorino cheese, breadcrumbs, and pepper to taste.
