- 13.1 oz sausage (weighed without skin)
- 3 tbsps Pecorino Romano (grated)
- 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
- to taste mixed peppercorns (freshly ground)

Preparation of Sausage Meatballs
In a bowl, place the sausages after removing the skin, add the Pecorino cheese, breadcrumbs, and pepper to your taste.
Using a fork, mash everything well for a few minutes, then knead with your hands until all ingredients are well combined to form a homogeneous mixture.
From this obtained mixture, create 12 equally sized pieces and round them into small meatballs, place the sausage meatballs in a non-stick pan.
