Ingredients for Sautéed Zucchini in a Pan
- 1.4 lbs zucchini
- 3 cloves red garlic
- 3 tbsps chopped parsley (fresh)
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- to taste fine salt

Preparation (super easy!) of Sautéed Zucchini in a Pan.
Remove the waste parts from the zucchini, wash and dry them well, then cut them into not too thin slices, set aside.
Clean the garlic cloves, chop them very finely and put them in the pan with the oil, lightly brown them, then add the zucchini.
Lightly salt, stir and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 20/25 minutes.
At this point, add the chopped fresh parsley, mix well, and finish cooking over high heat, stirring occasionally. At the end of cooking, the zucchini should be soft and golden. Enjoy your meal!
