Ingredients for Savory Frappe
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 2 oz grated vegan cheese (or other grated melting cheese (provola, scamorza, pizza cheese))
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 pinch mixed peppercorns (freshly ground)

Preparation of Savory Frappe with Vegan Cheese
Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface and with the fluted pastry wheel cut 15 small rectangles of equal size, make a cut in the center of each frappe (always with the wheel), then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add the grated vegan cheese over the frappe, distributing it evenly. Also add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper according to your taste.
Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C) and once hot, bake the savory frappe. Cook for 20 minutes (at the end of cooking, the frappe should be golden brown), then take them out and enjoy; they are delicious!
