Ingredients for Savory Frappe
- 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
- 2 oz grated vegan cheese (or other melting grated cheese (provola, scamorza, pizza cheese))
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 pinch mixed peppercorns (freshly ground)

Preparation of Savory Frappe with Vegan Cheese
Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface and use the fluted pastry wheel to cut 15 small rectangles of equal size. Make a cut in the center of each frappe (also using the pastry wheel), then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the grated vegan cheese over the frappe, add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven to 392°F and once hot, bake the savory frappe. Cook for 20 minutes (at the end of baking, the frappe should be well golden), then remove them from the oven and enjoy. They are delicious!
