  • 0.88 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.07 oz pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.04 oz fine salt
  • 2 tbsp dried onion
  • 1/2 tbsp rosemary (dried)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 oz grated Grana Padano (or Pecorino if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations

Preparation of Onion Keto Muffins

  • In a bowl, pour the egg, oil, salt, pepper, and water, and mix quickly with a spoon.

  • Add almond flour, grated cheese, dried onion, rosemary, and yeast into the bowl, mix well until you get a well-combined and soft mixture (it takes just a few minutes).

  • Divide the mixture into 6 silicone cups until finished (about 2 tablespoons of mixture per cup), to make it easier to move the cups before baking them, you can place them inside a baking tray (a small trick!).

  • Preheat the electric oven to 356°F and once hot, bake for 30 minutes, and once cooked, let them cool in the oven.

  • Wait until they are completely cool before unmolding them, otherwise you risk breaking them. Once unmolded, serve and enjoy these delicious and healthy keto muffins!
