  • 1 sheet puff pastry (rectangular)
  • 6.35 oz sun-dried tomato sauce

Preparation of Savory Palmiers for Appetizer

  • Unroll the puff pastry on the work surface.

  • Spread the sun-dried tomato sauce evenly over the entire surface.

  • Roll from the two long sides towards the center of the sheet. Lightly press in the middle to close.

  • With a sharp knife, cut 12 slices about 0.75 inches thick and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
