- 1 sheet puff pastry (round)
- 3.5 oz rolled bacon (thinly sliced)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Preparation of Savory Rolls with Bacon
Unroll the puff pastry on the work surface.
Cover the surface with slices of bacon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll up to form a sausage shape and cut 10 rolls of the same thickness.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, preheat the oven to 482°F, and when hot, bake.
After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and enjoy the savory rolls with bacon!
Towards the end of cooking, always check how they are doing because each oven is different from the other, I use a regular static electric oven.
