Ingredients for seasoned bresaola
- 3.5 oz bresaola (thinly sliced)
- 0.7 oz lamb's lettuce
- 0.9 oz Grana Padano DOP (thin shavings)
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- to taste mixed peppercorns (freshly ground)

Preparation of seasoned bresaola
Spread the bresaola on the serving plate, being careful not to overlap the slices.
Gently wash and dry the lamb’s lettuce, then distribute it over the bresaola, wash, dry, and quarter the cherry tomatoes, and distribute them over the bresaola as well.
Cut the Grana Padano into very thin shavings and sprinkle them over the bresaola, season with a pinch of salt (which you can omit if you wish) and a sprinkle of freshly ground pepper, pour the oil mentioned in the recipe on top.
The SEASONED BRESAOLA is now ready either to be served or to be stored in the fridge until you need it, to store it in the fridge just cover it with plastic wrap.
