Sheet Pan Red Pizza, too delicious and soft, I’ve been meaning to publish this recipe for a long time, but for various reasons, I’ve been postponing for more than a year, but today it’s finally time! Super easy, simple but delicious, it reminds me a lot of the classic pizza kids bring to school. But now, let’s cut to the chase and get hands-on!

Steps to Make the Recipe
In the stand mixer’s bowl, add the flour with salt (I know it sounds strange, but trust me, I’ve tested this recipe for a year!), in a separate container, mix the water, sugar, yeast, and oil.
Add the liquid mixture to the flour, run the mixer at speed 2 for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, pour the dough onto a floured work surface, shape it into a ball, place it in a glass bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.
Let it rise in the turned-off, closed oven until it triples in volume.
Once the dough has tripled, pour it into the oiled tray, stretch it to the edges with your hands, and let it rest in the fridge for another 2/3 hours.
After 2/3 hours, remove the tray with the pizza from the oven, heat it to 450°F, and in the meantime, spread the dough by adjusting it with your hands (at this point, it will be super elastic and flexible), make holes on top with your fingers, and season with the mix of tomato, oil, salt, and oregano or with oil, salt, and rosemary.
Bake for about 30 minutes (always check the cooking as every oven is different, I remind you that I use a regular static electric oven), remove from the oven when the surface is golden brown, and enjoy my sheet pan red pizza!
Useful tips: you can freeze the sheet pan red pizza once it’s cold and always have it on hand in the freezer!
