Now pour in the melted butter (now cool), stirring continuously with a spoon, and set it aside.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl of the liquid mixture, mix with a spoon (or hand whisk if you prefer) until you obtain a homogeneous and lump-free mixture, the batter will be very soft.
Butter and flour a tart pan of 8 inches in diameter, pour the batter inside and level it, preheat the oven to 428°F.
When the oven is hot, sprinkle the sugar sprinkles on top and bake the tart, cook for 25 minutes, always perform the toothpick test towards the end of the cooking time, once done, remove the soft tart to fill from the oven.
Let the soft tart cool completely before removing it from the pan, this is to prevent it from breaking.
Once removed from the pan, cut it in half and fill the base with jam or pastry cream or hazelnut cream, cover with the remaining part and garnish the surface with whipped cream if you like or powdered sugar and enjoy!
