If you want to prepare the stuffed pandoro with lemon 2/3 days in advance, you can safely store it in the freezer. Just take it out 2 hours before serving (for the decoration, proceed with the recipe at the time of serving), and you’ll have a great semi-frozen stuffed pandoro!
You can replace the pomegranate seeds with fresh raspberries.
