  • 10 oz zucchini (weighed and cleaned)
  • 1 oz breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried onion
  • 1 tsp basil (dried)
  • to taste fine salt

Let’s Prepare Super Easy Baked Zucchini

  • Wash the zucchini, dry them well, and remove the waste parts. With the help of a cutting board and a sharp knife, slice them lengthwise not too thinly.

  • Line the baking tray with parchment paper, place the long zucchini slices on top, and lightly salt them.

  • In a small bowl, pour the breadcrumbs, basil, onion, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil, and mix with a spoon to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Spread the mixture obtained over the zucchini, drizzle the remaining oil, and heat the oven to 482°F.

  • When the oven is hot, bake the zucchini and cook for 20 minutes until they are well browned.

  • Once the zucchini are cooked, take them out of the oven and pour the vinegar over them while still hot, let them rest for a few minutes and enjoy, you will taste the deliciousness!
