Ingredients for the Turkey Slices with Speck
- 7 oz turkey breast (slices not too thick)
- 2 oz sliced speck
- as needed all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsps water

Preparation of Turkey Slices with Speck
Cut the turkey breast slices in half lengthwise and then into small strips, place them in a bowl with a pinch of salt and as much flour as needed (about 2 tablespoons), mix until the meat is completely coated with flour.
Cut the speck into strips and set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan, toss the strips, and stir over high heat for 2 minutes, then add water and continue stirring over medium heat for another 6-7 minutes
Now add the speck and continue stirring for the last 5 minutes, if it dries out too much, add 1 or 2 more tablespoons of water.
At the end of cooking, the turkey slices with speck should be very creamy, once done cooking serve them piping hot with a sprinkle of pepper if you like!
