Ingredients for Turkey Strips with Speck
- 7 oz turkey breast (sliced not too thick)
- 2 oz sliced speck
- as needed all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp water

Preparation of Turkey Strips with Speck
Cut the turkey breast slices in half lengthwise and then into small strips, place them in a bowl with a pinch of salt and sufficient flour (about 2 tablespoons), mix until the meat is fully floured.
Cut the speck into strips and set it aside.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the strips and stir over high heat for 2 minutes, then add the water and continue stirring over medium heat for another 6/7 minutes
Now add the speck and continue stirring for the last 5 minutes, if it dries out too much add 1 or 2 more tablespoons of water.
At the end of cooking, the turkey strips with speck should be very creamy; once cooked, serve them piping hot with a sprinkle of pepper if desired!
