Ingredients for whipped coffee
- 2 cups whipping cream (already sweetened)
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee

Preparation of whipped coffee
Pour the cream (cold from the fridge) into a bowl (if you keep the bowl in the fridge for at least 1 hour, it’s even better), add the instant coffee inside.
Mix with the electric mixer until the mixture is well whipped (it will take about 5 minutes). Then divide it into individual cups and cover them with plastic wrap.
Place the whipped coffee cups in the fridge for at least 1 hour before consuming them. If you like, you can sprinkle the surface with some instant coffee before serving. Enjoy!
