Not really a recipe: whipped coffee, more of an idea too delicious to serve coffee in the summer! Just 2 ingredients and an electric mixer and you’re done, great to eat with a spoon but also great to use as a filling for brioche, cakes, summer desserts! Ingredients for whipped coffee
- 2 cups whipping cream (already sweetened)
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee

Preparation of whipped coffee
Pour the cream (cold from the fridge) into a bowl (if you keep the bowl in the fridge for at least 1 hour it’s even better), add the instant coffee.
Mix with electric beaters until the mixture is well whipped (it will take about 5 minutes), then divide it into individual cups and cover them with plastic wrap.
Place the cups of whipped coffee in the fridge for at least 1 hour before consuming, if you like before serving you can sprinkle the surface with instant coffee, enjoy!
