Preparation of White Broccoli with Aromas

  • Clean the broccoli of any waste parts, cut into large pieces, wash under running water, place in a pot with lightly salted water, and put on the stove. Once it boils, cook on high heat for 15 minutes.

  • After 15 minutes of boiling, drain the broccoli and place it in a large baking tray so that the broccoli is not piled.

  • In a bowl, pour all the spices, breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt, then mix well to obtain a uniform mixture.

  • Pour the breadcrumbs with aromas over the broccoli and use two spoons to mix well until the broccoli is thoroughly coated and breaded, then pour the recipe’s required oil over the seasoned broccoli.

  • Heat the oven to the highest temperature, when it’s well heated, bake and cook for 35/40 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, check the cooking as each oven is different; the white broccoli with aromas is ready when it’s golden on the surface. Serve and enjoy! Bon appétit!
