Ingredients for zucchini with ham
- 21 oz zucchini
- 2 slices cooked ham (1.75 oz)
- 2 slices Parma DOP cured ham (1.75 oz)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch fine salt

Preparation of Zucchini with Ham
Clean the zucchini from the waste parts, wash and dry them well, set them aside for now.
Chop the cured and cooked ham with a knife, place them in the pot with the oil, stir and cook on low heat with the lid on for 2/3 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the zucchini, then add them to the pot with the ham, lightly salt and stir, put the lid on.
Cook for 20/25 minutes on medium heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally. At the end of cooking, the zucchini should be very soft. Once cooked, they are ready to be enjoyed, bon appétit!

You can add chili pepper to the zucchini with ham if you like it spicy.
