- 2.8 oz ricotta
- chives

Steps
Place the sifted ricotta in the bowl with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and a grate of lemon zest. Mix carefully
Place two or three slices of bresaola on the cutting board, overlapping
Place a bit of the ricotta mixture in the center, close like a purse with a strand of chives, and refrigerate for an hour before serving. Enjoy your meal!
