Welcome back! What I’m proposing today is not a recipe, but a fresh and tasty idea for a summer aperitif or dinner.
Cantaloupe burrata and speck is a perfect combination, where the unmistakable flavor of burrata perfectly matches the smokiness of speck and the sweetness of cantaloupe. A dish to place in the center of the table, maybe on a cutting board, and nibble with friends!
I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to your feedback on my Instagram profile @isaporidicasa!
