The crostini with grapes and Taleggio are an appetizer with an autumnal flavor, very quick to prepare, taking only a few minutes, and with a truly excellent taste, made possible by the pairing of grapes and Taleggio, two ingredients that together create a truly unique explosion of flavors.
Again, I recommend trying the recipe and, as always, I’m waiting for your feedback on my Instagram @isaporidicasa.

- Difficulty: Very Easy
- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Cooking methods: Stovetop
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: Summer, Autumn
Ingredients
- 5 slices bread
- 1 cup white grapes
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 sprig rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- 7 oz Taleggio
Tools
- Cutting board
Steps
Thoroughly wash the grapes, pat them dry with kitchen paper, and place them on the cutting board. Cut each grape in half and remove the seeds with the help of a sharp-tipped knife
Put the honey in a pan with the sprig of rosemary, the grapes, and a pinch of salt. Cook over low heat for about 5-10 minutes until the grapes are caramelized while maintaining their consistency. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Place the slices of bread in a baking dish, drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 5 minutes, until the bread is golden
Remove the bread from the oven, immediately spread the Taleggio, from which you have previously removed the rind, on each slice. Finally, decorate with the caramelized grapes, add a pinch of pepper, and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
