- Difficulty: Easy

- Cooking methods: Frying
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs squid rings
- re-milled durum wheat semolina
- peanut oil
- salt
Tools
- Colander
- Saucepan
Steps
First, pat dry the squid rings with kitchen paper, placed in the colander. Just before frying the squid, add the re-milled durum wheat semolina and mix with your hands to ensure it adheres perfectly to the fish. Shake the colander to let the excess flour out.
Heat the peanut oil to a temperature of 338°F and dip the rings a few at a time
When the rings are golden and crispy, remove them and place them on a tray lined with absorbent paper. Season with a pinch of salt and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
