- Portions: 4 PEOPLE
- Cooking methods: Stovetop
- Cuisine: Italian
Ingredients
- 14 oz pasta
- 2 sausages (nice and big)
- 21 oz Piccadilly cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- Half glass white wine
- 1 sprig basil
- salt
- 1 sprig rosemary
- chili flakes
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
Tools
- 2 Pans
- 1 Saucepan
- Cutting board
Preparation
Wash the Piccadilly cherry tomatoes and cut into wedges
Remove the sausages from the casing and cut into pieces
Place in a pan. Turn on the heat and start cooking the sausage, deglaze with white wine, and using a wooden spoon, crumble until you get small roasted pieces. Turn off the heat and set aside.
In another pan, pour a drizzle of oil, add the cherry tomatoes and the garlic clove. Cook quickly over high heat for a couple of minutes, the tomatoes should remain fairly consistent. Season with basil leaves, salt, and a pinch of chili flakes
Add the sausage to the pan with the cherry tomatoes
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, when it is al dente, remove it with a slotted spoon and place it directly in the pan with the sauce. Mix over high heat and bring to the table immediately. Enjoy your meal! You can find the video recipe here on my Instagram profile @isaporidicasa
