The puff pastry ravioli with ham and gorgonzola are a very simple appetizer to make, but above all delicious. You only need three ingredients to bring to the table a finger food that will amaze your guests!

Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry (Round)
- gorgonzola
- cooked ham
- 1 egg yolk

- Pastry cutter 2 inches
Steps
Unroll the puff pastry roll and cut out circles 2 inches in diameter using the pastry cutter
Place a piece of gorgonzola, or another soft cheese, in the center of each circle
Then add the cooked ham
Fold the discs in half to form half-moons
Join the two points, folding them to obtain puff pastry ravioli
Transfer the ravioli to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with the remaining egg yolk, and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown
