The radish chips are a light and tasty snack, prepared in no time and guaranteed to be a success, the light and creative version of the usual chips.

  • extra virgin olive oil

Steps

  • First, wash the radishes under running water, then slice them thinly with a sharp knife or with the help of a mandolin

  • Place the slices of radish on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, trying not to overlap them

  • Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 356°F for about 10 minutes, until they are golden and crispy. Serve and enjoy your meal!
