Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 lemon zest
- 8 plums
- 1 tbsp brown sugar

Steps
Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy
Add the plain yogurt and the butter melted in a bain-marie and brought to room temperature
Add the grated lemon zest and the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Whisk until a creamy consistency without lumps is obtained
Butter and flour the 9-inch springform pan, transfer the mixture into the pan, and place halved plums with the pit removed on top. Sprinkle the surface with brown sugar. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
When the cake has cooled, dust with powdered sugar and serve
