This mousse is excellent served with bread croutons to accompany the aperitif, but it is also a delicious cream for filling sandwiches, canapés, vol-au-vents, and the gourmet panettone.
The avocado mousse keeps in the refrigerator, closed in a container, for 2 – 3 days.
