Baked chicken wings, flavorful and crispy. Chicken wings are often considered discardable parts, but it’s a mistake because they are really good and very economical. They can be prepared in many ways, for example breaded, but also baked with potatoes or grilled. If you’re not usually accustomed to cooking wings, I recommend trying today’s recipe; it’s very easy and simple.

Ingredients for Baked Chicken Wings
- 2.2 lbs chicken wings (cut into pieces)
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Preparation of BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
Rinse the chicken wings, pat them dry with paper towels, and place them in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, peeled garlic clove, chopped rosemary needles, a few pinches of pepper, and a thin stream of oil. Mix everything, cover the bowl, and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or if you have time, even a couple of hours.
After the necessary time, take the chicken wings, remove the garlic, drain them from the marinade, and sprinkle them with a few pinches of salt.
Place the pieces of meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the chicken wings in a preheated oven at 356°F (fan) for about 40 minutes, until the wings are nicely golden. If using a static oven, set it to 392°F. Turn them halfway through cooking.
Serve the baked chicken wings hot.
Notes
If you prefer, you can chop the garlic clove or replace it with a few pinches of garlic powder.
You can replace fresh rosemary with dried rosemary.
You can leave the chicken wings to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
