To get a very cold banana and apricot smoothie, place the fruit and milk in the refrigerator in advance. Do not worry if the banana peel tends to darken; inside it will remain white.
Additionally, you can create ice cubes with milk and replace part of the liquid milk with them.
I always choose very ripe fruit to prepare my fruit smoothies.
