Basil spaghetti is a fresh and light first course. This recipe was presented a few days ago by a chef, or a nutritionist (I don’t remember well), who said that on hot days it’s better to eat cold and light dishes (we had figured that out on our own). I have so much basil in the garden that I couldn’t help but try it right away! The result? I really liked it and I think it’s a simple dish not to be underestimated! Whether warm or cold, basil spaghetti has a truly pleasant taste… Anyway, try them and judge for yourself.
