Chocolate and Cherry Cake

Chocolate and cherry cake, delicious and creamy. The intense taste of dark chocolate pairs wonderfully with the flavor of cherries. This cake contains little flour and is yeast-free, but the long processing of eggs with sugar, which should result in a light and very fluffy mixture, ensures that the cake achieves a melt-in-your-mouth consistency.

Notes

This cake does not contain yeast, so it is important to work the eggs with the sugar for a long time to incorporate a lot of air, resulting in a fluffy and light-colored mixture.
