You can also roll the balls in hazelnut crumbs or sprinkles, both colored and chocolate.
You can flavor them with a tablespoon of your favorite liqueur or with 1/2 vial of rum flavoring.
Chocolate and mascarpone balls can be stored in the refrigerator, in a closed container, for 2 – 3 days.
