Preparation of GINGER BUNDT CAKE
Place the eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl; beat with electric whisks until you get a light and fluffy mixture. Add the vegetable oil and milk, then blend for a few moments. Add the honey, ground ginger, and flour and continue to work with the whisks. Finally, add the baking powder and mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured bundt cake pan. My pan has a diameter of 24 cm (9.4 inches), but a slightly smaller one will work too.
Bake the ginger bundt cake in a preheated static oven at 356°F, or at 320°F fan-forced, for 35-40 minutes. The baking time and temperature may vary depending on the type of oven. I baked my cake in a fan-forced oven at 320°F for 35 minutes, then I left it in the oven with the door ajar for about 5 minutes. However, to ensure the right degree of doneness, you can always do the toothpick test.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool for about 15 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
Before serving the ginger bundt cake, dust it generously with powdered sugar.

Notes
I chose to garnish my cake with powdered brown sugar, but regular powdered sugar is fine too.
You can replace the vegetable oil with a mild-flavored olive oil.
