The mint milk I propose today is not a recipe in the strict sense, but rather an idea for drinking milk on the hottest days. I love a macchiato or a cappuccino, but when it’s really hot, I replace it with yogurt or prepare myself a nice iced drink with milk and mint syrup.

Ingredients
- 4 cups milk (preferably whole milk)
- to taste mint syrup
- 4 sprigs mint (optional)
Notes
You can make your drink very light by using skim milk and zero-calorie mint syrup.
Try using soy or almond milk too. Of course, I refer to unsweetened soy and almond drinks, otherwise, you would get an overly sweet drink.
