Recipe to prepare at home Nutella Liqueur or, as it is commonly called, Nutellino. It is a low-alcohol liqueur, particularly suitable to serve as a digestif after a meal, and can also be a nice gift idea for Christmas or other occasions. The preparation is very simple and, unlike other homemade liqueurs, there are no maceration days. It only takes about 10 minutes to mix all the ingredients and bottle your liqueur, which should be stored in the refrigerator.

Preparation NUTELLA LIQUEUR (Nutellino)
Pour the milk, cream, and Nutella into a saucepan. Heat over low flame, stirring continuously with a whisk, until almost boiling.
When the mixture is very hot (but not boiling), the Nutella will be completely melted. Remove from the stove and pour the mixture into a bowl. Let it cool completely, stirring occasionally with the whisk to prevent a “skin” from forming on the surface.
When the mixture is completely cold, add the alcohol and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Bottle the liqueur and store it in the refrigerator.Let the Nutella liqueur rest in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 days before enjoying it.
Notes
Shake the bottle vigorously before serving the Nutellino.
The Nutella liqueur can be stored in the refrigerator for about 3 months.
