Making peach popsicles is super easy, you’ll only need peaches, water, and sugar. Just prepare the sugar syrup in no time, let it cool, and mix it with the blended peach pulp. You’ll get delicious and refreshing popsicles, perfect for enjoying on hot summer afternoons. Of course, you’ll need the appropriate molds, which, if you don’t have them, can be purchased for a few dollars at home goods stores, markets, or online.

Ingredients for Peach Popsicles
- 1 cup cups peaches (pulp only)
- 1/2 cup cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cups water
Tools
- Immersion Blender
- Molds for popsicles
Preparation of PEACH POPSICLES
Pour the sugar into a small pot, add the water and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
At this point, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool.
Peel and chop 2-3 peaches into pieces, then weigh them to get 210 g of pulp and blend until you get a puree.
Combine the now cold sugar syrup and blend again for a few moments to mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds (I used molds with a 70 ml capacity) and close with the appropriate lids.
Place the popsicles in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours before serving.
